About this website
This website presents the services and portfolio of Nexora Digital. Portfolio projects are labelled Owned Project, Demo Project or In Progress, and those labels are part of the content: an owned or demonstration project is not, and must not be read as, a client engagement. Prices shown for packaged services are the current published prices; “founding” prices apply only to the stated number of first clients.
Engagements and scope
- Work begins only under a written scope agreed by both sides, stating deliverables, exclusions, timeline and price.
- Work outside an agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
- Quotes based on discovery are fixed for the scope described; if the scope changes materially, the quote is revised in writing before further work.
SEO services — the Tier 1 / Tier 2 rule
- Tier 1 (Audit Report) is a findings-and-recommendations document only. Purchasing it authorises read-only examination of your website and changes nothing on it.
- Tier 2 (Implementation) is a separate engagement requiring its own written scope, your explicit permission, and the access needed to perform the agreed fixes. It concludes with a post-implementation verification report.
- Neither tier is a precondition for the other beyond the sequence described in the scope.
No guarantees of outcomes
We guarantee the delivery and verification of the work described in your scope — not business outcomes. In particular, we do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue, for SEO or any other service, because those depend on factors outside our control. Any statement of expected results by us is an honest professional judgement, not a promise.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the access items named in the scope, through secure means you control.
- Never send passwords or connection strings through chat or shared documents; we will guide you to place secrets in your own environment.
- Ensure you have the right to grant access to, and request changes on, any website or account in the scope.
Intellectual property
Deliverables are yours on completion of the agreed payment for that engagement. Our internal tools, agent systems, templates and methods remain ours. Portfolio use of client work happens only with your written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of third-party platforms (search engines, hosts, marketplaces) beyond our control.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the version in force for an engagement is the version referenced in its written scope. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
